How to insert variables like IP, referer url, etc. in “send email” action?

I appreciate your response. OK, I understand how to use the template tags you provide in https://kb.htmlforms.io/template-variables/ and how to register new ones. The point is that I was wondering if I really need to register my own template tags to use the senders ip_address, user_agent, referer_url and submitted_at –inside my form mark-up, messages or email body– since the plugin is getting them already for the form submissions entries. I’ve tried with several combination, e.g., {{user.ip_address}}, without success.
