How to insert value to the item field?

  • I did a url inspection on my website with Google Search Console. And the report shows “a value for the item field is required”. Which part of the testimonial rotator I need to insert the value to fix the errors?

  • I too have the same problem.

    I’ve read other posts that suggest I should have a field for “name of item being reviewed”, but I do not have this field.

    Scratch that… I’ve found the “name of item being reviewed” field… it sits in the ‘Rotator’ settings rather than the ‘Testimonial’ settings where I was looking.

    From what I’ve read so far, adding a Company Name, Product Name, etc into this field fixes the ‘Item’ error found by GSC.
