How to insert text on the cash checkout page?

Hi,

I had the checkbox with text and link to the terms and conditions page on the cash checkout page. But on Monday I recognized that it is not there anymore. I try now already for 2 days to get it back again. I use Woocommerce Germanized, where the checkbox with text comes from, but the plugin author could not help me.

Now I think about inserting the appropriate text with links WITHOUT checkbox, which is also valid, onto the German and English cash checkout page. But I’m not a programmer, so I don’t know how to do it. Is there perhaps a plugin for this? Or an easy way to change something in woocommerce?

This is a serious thing because this data HAS TO BE on the cash checkout page.
