How to insert table of contents if we don’t choose to add it automatically

    I don’t see Gutenberg block or shortcode for the Table of Contents.

    If you are not using the global auto-insert feature found on the Table of Contents settings admin page, then when adding/editing a page, scroll to the Table of Content section and enable the insert Table of Contents option.

    Is there a way to insert the table of contents anywhere on the page?

    Maybe using a shortcode?

    UPDATE: I found in another thread that you can use the shortcode [toc] , no need to reply!
