How to insert review into content builder

Hi team, I’m hoing you’re able to offer some assistance. We’re using the Avada site builder theme, and because WP Review Lite only gives the option of showing review before or after content we can only have it appear before (making it before the heading and featured image etc, as that is all built within Avada) or after (as shown in the link) which you’ll see puts it below sections such as recent posts and mailing list etc.
Is there a way to insert a review in to a site builder like Avada via a method such as CSS, widget, or even custom code block? I’m aware that most of these would take some messing around on each review but it would still be much better than how it looks currently.
