How to insert one value into en extra field when registration

    How to insert one value into en extra field when registration.
    I already added one extra field “extra_password” with the following plugin.
    cimy-user-extra-fields/

    What I want to do is set the normal password to extra_password when registration and the field “extra_password” is not displayed in the registration page.
    extra_password = user_password
