    I have 2 questions:

    1. I have created the menu (taxonomy), it looks great on the preview. But how do I make it show on the site? I am using Astra Pro theme and Elementor Pro page builder. I see options: shortcode, php, and widget. Can you teach what the best approach is (easiest)?

    2. How do I create hierarchical menu? I have created 2 menus. I have to provide Child Of term id, and Parent term id. What are these term ids? I don’t know where to get them.

    Many Thanks, Caesar.

    Hello!

    1) Try to use Shortcode with Elementor, it has “Shortcode” element, paste it here at any page you want.

    2) To create hierarchical menu you need to set parents for elements in menu. It can be done with Custom WP menu and taxonomies-menu where you create your menu, not within the Iks Menu.

Thank you. Can you explain step by step what to do? I don’t understand what custom WP menu means. Iks menu has hierarchy that it’s setup using child of and parent. Why do I need to use custom WP and taxonomies menu? I don’t even know what that is.

The expected behavior is to setup the menus and hierarchy in iks menu. Then use the shortcuts, or php on the site.

The hierarchy works with categories already. Taxonomy is described to be setup using child of or parent fields when creating the menu.

How do I even get the term id. If categories, the terms to choose are listed but you’re taxonomy it’s blank.

Please let me know soonest, my time to refund is coming soon.

    Thanks, Caesar.
