How to insert image url into TinyMCE?

I want to make it easy for my client to insert image urls into a shortcode which takes them as content. Does anyone know if there’s a plugin that creates a TinyMCE button that allows me to search the uploaded images and insert a relative url into the editor. I know I can look through the uploaded images and get the url on a click to cut and paste into the editor just curious if there is a more direct way.
