How to insert image to post more cleanly

This is bugging me out – I thought the “Cleaner Gallery” plug-in would do it but that’s not the same thing. I don’t want WP to insert any class or ID code – or random whatever it is. I know you have some control when inserting but … ya know.

Is there any way to fix this?
