How to insert HTML(h1-h6, p, etc.) before the post list on the home page

Hello support team and customizr friends,

I try to add a title like “News” above the grid post list on the homepage.
I didn’t find a snippet or a theme customization option for doing that, so maybe you made some experience with this and you are happy to share it wiht me :).

I’m thankful for every advice on how to do it ??
