How to insert and override Open Graph Tags for specific Posts with Yoast SEO?

Hi,
I have enabled the option in Yoast so it automatically inserts Open Graph Tags for Twitter and Facebook for each pages / posts in WordPress.
I found that Yoast convert the on page Meta Title, Meta Description and Featured Image in the Open Graph Tags which is understood by Twitter and Facebook bots for each pages.
However, for some specific pages, I want to include Open Graph tags which are different than the On Page Meta Title and Meta Description.
My question is:

1. How can I include additional Open Graph Tags for specific page and posts?
2. How to override them from Yoast’s created Open Graph Meta Title and Meta Description? So that Facebook and Twitter reads my custom OG tags and not the Yoast’s.

Inside the Yoast Meta Box, I was not clicking on the “Share” icon which is under the “traffic signal” icon.
Cool. Hope this should work now.
