how to insert a widget by bypassing dynamic_sidebar() ?

    I’m customizing my sidebar by mixing an image-based menu with some text-widgets that I can edit from the admin pages.

    I’ve looked everywhere for some documentation on this, but can’t seem to find a function that you can use to access the data of a text-widget?
