How to insert a video

Hello,
I have this problem:
I can’t insert a video. I select the option From url “Audio, vídeo u otro tipo de archivo.” but when I put “insertar en la entrada”, nothing happens.
I tested with vimeo and youtube, but does not work.
What can I do?
