    Is it possible to insert some of the form items into the URL when forwarding to the confirmation screen when submitting the form?

    For example, ① there is a field to insert the URL of the homepage in the inquiry form, and ② I want to insert the address of the homepage in the URL redirecting to the completion page as shown in the example.

    ① /contact/

    ② /thankyou/parse?Website[domain]={[url]}
