how to indent between sticky menu and title?

    When you click the title, the sticky menu hides the title.
    What should I do to indent between the menu and the title?

    Please navigate to the Table of Contents settings admin page and adjust the smooth scroll offset to a value larger than the sticky header.

    I view the page again and click several items in the TOC. The scroll not stops at 200px from the top allowing the heading to show below the sticky header. So it seems to be working well.
