How to increase the duration of the deposit ???

Hi there,

Could you be a little more descriptive in what you’re trying to achieve?
I’m unable to decipher what you’d like to do from your description.

If possible, please also include a system status report in your reply! ??

We have a woocommerce website that uses Paypal.
We sell reservations to courses.
When a valid customer buys a course, a deposit is paid but it is limited to 30 days.
We want to increase this duration to 90 days.

Thanks for getting back with us. How are the deposits being accepted? There’s not a built-in way to handle deposits with WooCommerce. Is there a plugin that’s being used for this. If so which one?

Please let us know and could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Thanks for sending that over. I’m not still not certain where the deposits are coming from. That feature isn’t part of the WooCommerce core and I don’t see a plugin that adds deposits.

If you’ll let me know how the deposits are added I’ll try to help you find a spot to change this if it’s possible.

Thanks for getting back with me. To find out where the deposits are coming from, here’s what you can do.

• Temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
• Check and see if the deposits are still available.
• Then turn the plugins back on, one by one. Check as you go to see when the deposits come back. The last plugin activated is the one that adds the deposits.

Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
