How to Increase # of Products Per Page & Per Column

Currently, I can only see 3 products displayed per column and 11 products per page. I’d like to see at least 4 products displayed per column, if not 5, as well as more products per page. How do I go about doing this? I am using the Impreza theme if that helps.
