    If you go to plugins/advanced-categories-widget/inc/class-advanced-categories-widget-fields.php
    at around line number 276 look for:
    $args = apply_filters( 'acatw_build_term_select_args', array( 'hide_empty' => 0, 'number' => 99 ) );
    you can change “99” to whatever number you want. Then of course save the file and you will be good to go.
