How to increase author authority 3 days to 15 days for edit their own Post.?

Hi WordPress Team & Other Members,

I want to Increase My Author Authority,

Example If Author post 1 article at 1-October then Author can’t update that Article on 4-October. So Here author can’t edit 3 days Old Articles. So I want to know that How Author Edit their article upto 15 days or much more.. Please Help This is Very Important For us.
