How to include top lvl pages in menu

Hi. Thanks for the plugin. I have two levels pages. See example. It’s generated ok, But top lvl pages not included in first menu (menu item “Главная”). If I grouping it, that in my breadcrumb dublicate main menu item. How it solve? Sorry for english.
