I wish to include my wp-blog as a part of my new website. I have seen an option in the admin-panel in wp called “Write Page”. How is that used? And what should I do to include my blog? ??

Just copy the directory holding all your blog files into your main directory for your website. If your blog files are in a folder named wp-blog then the path would end up being https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-blog/ .

Was it that you want to see the blog posts on your main website page? If that’s the case, check out David Chait’s great set of plugins, including CG-Feedread which does exactly that: displays the last (x) number of posts on another page – like your index page.

Could you point to the specific plug-in? I checked Chait’s site and couldn’t find the plug-in you mentioned.

    Much appreciated.

Sure. Sorry – the page is sort of buried under “Files” etc. Here’s a better link: https://www.chait.net/index.php?p=238

David, maybe you need to “unbury” this stuff, by setting up an easier to see category link or something?

So you can “include” just the wordpress posts into any webpage? sort of like using a script like cutenews?
