how to include post of custom post type that are part of category

Thanks for this great theme.
I have a question:
A have a website with 5 different custom post types and each of them have hundreds of posts; each post is filtered in its one category.

So I figure out the filter dose not work with custom post type so I tried to modify the code in the “filter_cat_callback” query I added the 'post_type' => 'videos' and of course it doesn’t work, as it should the first time it loads “show all” is not there if I refresh the page it show the post of that custom post type too.

So I figure out you pull categories from this function “sampression_cat_slug” how to include post of custom post type that are part of category? In the header you pull categories with “get_categories” how to include post of custom post type that are part of category?

Or how will you change the code to work with the post in custom post type?
