How to include more info in error emails?

I need to be able to include more information in error emails that are sent to the admin. How can I include things like the user’s email, or name, or whatever? Otherwise, it’s hard to know WHO had the error occur.

Is there a way to insert this info somewhere? I just switched to Direct Stripe, and love it, but I miss the ability to use things like shortcodes in the emails to add more info. So any help is appreciated! Thanks!
