How to include images in RSS

I have had my blog on Bloglovin for a while now. But it wasn’t until this past summer that I have had a self-hosted blog. After I went from .com to .org, I’ve noticed that my Bloglovin feeds do not show any images from my blog posts. I’ve looked up their support pages and it states that my images may not be included in the RSS feeds. According to Bloglovin, it is something I would have to fix and it is not on their end.

I am not entirely sure how to include my images in RSS feed.
