How to include FORM NAME to the notification email?

    Hi

    I want to include in the form notification email. So I can track which form on that page is filled by the customer. I have searched around but no luck.

  • You don’t really need a field for it. Just type it out in your own words. So for example, let’s say you called your form “My Test Form”. In the email area, where you place the [all-fields] shortcode, you could type this:

    [all-fields] submitted by My Test Form

    There would be no more time needed to just type whatever you wanted there, than it would be to type a shortcode. Type it once and it’s done.
