How to include featured image in excerpts

    What a fantastic theme. I wonder if there’s a way to include a post’s featured image in the excerpt that appears on the front page. Thanks in advance to anyone who might know a solution.

    Hi and thanks!

    Try: Customize > Theme Options > Blog > Enable Excerpts > OFF (and then use the more link feature to cut off the content where you wish it to say “Continue reading…”)

    Or: Customize > Theme Options > Blog > Enable Post Formats > OFF

    Also, if you want a sidebar image like on the screenshot/demo of the theme, you can add that in Customize > Theme Options > Header > Profile Image/Name/Description

    Thank you fine sir. I got it to work. I will add for any other readers the size and aspect ratio of the featured image matters when placing it on the front page. I found 600x340px worked well.
