    Hi, the company I work for recently purchased a license to Support Plus PRO version of this plugin and we would like to include more user properties in the support tickets. We’d like to, at minimum, include the company name from the logged in use and have it visible in the admin portion as well where it displays all tickets. How would we go about doing this? Or is it possible to have this added to the plugin with the next version release?
