How to include commas in answers for bulk upload?

    I’m trying to bulk upload questions and answers and some of the answers include commas in the sentences. It seems that the question import functionality separate answers using commas. Is there anyway to include commas (‘ , ‘) within an individual answer without the import functionality thinking it is a start of a new answer?

  • Hi @tamdoankc,

    To encode a field containing comma (,) or double-quote (") characters, enclose the field in double-quotes.

    For example if the answers for a multiple choice question has comas you can add them like shown below in the CSV file

    Right:"This answer has a , in the middle",Wrong:"This, one, has two comas, in the middle."
