How to include CC for e-mail

There are times you want the e-mail to go to two people. The first being the person to address the issue, the second to the person who manages / coordinates / planning. I attempted to have two people in the To area, which fails because it attempts to send out as:
<[email protected]; [email protected]>I was able to have the To include [email protected] and the Mail Additional Headers include: CC: <[email protected]>
