How to include and exclude pages from menu bar ?

  • I would like to exclude most of the pages from the menu bar..I have used two plugins called “exclude pages” and “simple hide” but they dint work. even I am not able to find the code “wp_list_pages” in header.php
    Theme is “Gemer 1.0.2”
    Please advice me in simple steps as i am new to use wordpress
