• Hi,

I tested your plugin and it looks good. I miss an upload field (for screenshots, for instance) and was also looking for a way to include a HTTP referer to the ticket form.

Let’s say I have an online courses site and I want the enrolled students to be able to open a ticket if they have issues. I would like a way to include the URL where the student originated, so that I can immediately know which course it is and forward the ticket to the exact department.

    Is it possible?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for testing the plugin.

    Add Attachment feature:
AlHamduLILLAH, we’ve already done implementing the feature in our incubator, and inshALLAH in any of the next releases we could implement the feature after testing.

    HTTP Referrer field
The wording HTTP Referrer is a bit confusing, because in Web computing there’s a term with the name that means a lot. ??
But what I got from your example is: you need a custom field to enter a URL of something (i.e. a course URL) so that you can get the information stand out from the ticket question for a better sorting.

Yes, a custom field feature can be implemented. We’re marking this for a strong “Feature Request”.

I’m requesting you, if possible, can you post the feature request in github using the following link? So that we can sort things out easily.
