how to improve strong password policy ?

    I’m using ithemes security to enforce the password policy. the only security option in Frontend Reset Password is to set up 8 characters as minimum which is not at all enough. result is that people is redirected to wordpress password generator after creating their password ??

    how can we improve it to make it in compliance with strong password policy ?
