How to import to PHP-Myadmin

    Hi, ive made a testbackup(just DB) then downloaded the folder(via FTP).
    Then i opend the the folder and its full(14 folders) of like
    “my-page-com-1452871386-database-2016-01-26-23-38-20.zip”

    Now how do i import those files via phpMyadmin – are those the tables?
    I mean do i have to import each file and rebuild the database?
    Is that the idea?
