How to import order with separate rows for item

    As we can export line items in separate rows, how can we import those items in the same order ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us

    Sorry to let you know that while importing orders you need to add all the item details in a single column separated by a pipe symbol as in the default export format. The options Separate columns and Separate rows are used only if the export file is used for reference purposes.
