How to import from another plugin?

    Hi, I currently want to switch to this from Strong Testimonials.
    I go into Tools > Export > Testimonials but it downloads an xls file.
    I’m not sure how to get all my reviews onto this plugin.

    You can use the Import Reviews tool to import from a CSV file. You will need to open your XLS file in Microsoft Excel, edit as needed, then save as a CSV file.

    Please refer to the instructions in the “Import Reviews” tool to correctly format your CSV file.
