How to import fields from a csv file?

I have a long list of fields I want to create.

It would be nice to do it in open office, as a list CSV.

Let’s say I wanted 3 fields:

– Cats
– Dogs
– Horses

This could also be a plain text list if that is possible?

I know this is a vague question…but I want to understand the basics on how to do this;)
