How to import entries from 1.2 into 1.5?

Where is your db??
Everything is in the db !

Like the wind…gone, gone, gone.

But no db = no entries, no comments, no users …

All I have are mysql backups.

In that case, it depends how attached you are to your template / style.

Not attached at all:
– Restore the database
– Upload the all new 1.5.1.2 files
– Run /wp-admin/upgrade.php

Very attached to 1.2 ‘look’

Then, run /wp-admin/upgrade.php

Thanks you two. I already have the Tamba instructions but was lost as what I needed to do in what order.

My webhost (Dreamhost) does a one-click installation on WordPress, so I will go restore the database first, then hit the one-click installation and when finished run /wp-admin/upgrade.php.

I’m off to do this now and will post back if I was successful.
