How to Import Demo Content? – do i really need a fresh base?

hello dear developer
good day – first of all; i really like what i have seen from the theme.
it looks really nice – and powerful – i have the free version.
one question regarding the import of the demo-content.
do i really need a fully reset (basis) version.
i have some data in the wp-job-manager.
but the rest is almost empty – in other words – all the rest – (besides a little menu)
is pretty new and fresh.so the question is. Can i do the upload or import of the demo-content!?

First of all, make sure you have a fresh WordPress installation before you import the demo data.
If not, you can reset your WordPress installation with a plugin like WP Reset
Then, install and activate our theme and all the recommended plugins.
After that, install and activate Rara One Click Demo Import plugin.
After the plugin is activated, follow the following steps:
Go to Appearance> Rara Demo Import`thanks for any and all help
