How to import current re-directions?

Hi,

For my 301 redirection I use currently the “Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin”. Since the plugin stopped support, I am interested to use your plugin for re-directions.

I have two questions:

1) I have exported my current re-directions into a Txt file – pipe separated. Can I import this format into your plugin?

And/ or

2) Is there another way to import my current re directions into your plugin?
