How to Import Comments with hierarchy on new site

    Hi,

    I’m trying to import Comments to a new website.

    I exported comments of the old site, then changed to Post ID to the corresponding one in the new site.

    Comments were imported, and all was good, but no Parent/Child hierarchy.

    This is because the comment itself has an ID that is used later to define the Comment Parent. But I don’t see a way to import this ID. I guess it should be under “Comment Data”.

    How can this hierarchy be successfully migrated to a site?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    migrate package have issue as you describe. not all parent child set automatically. now it has been fixed in latest release so please update plugin and let me know if you face same issue.
