How to implement portfolio website elements

I am a pro wordpress theme developer. But, I am relatively new to Portfolio or Business wordpress theme development that are intended for distribution.

I am really interested in distributing themes by following best programming practices and standards. Please share your valuable tips on implementing some of the elements of Portfolio / Corporate themes.

2. How to implement “Our Services / Features” section? For example, Visit this “athemes theme roundup link” and see the “Features” section in the first screenshot.
3. How to implement “Our Team” section?
