How to implement Custom Logo properly with back compat in existing theme?

    I have a theme with logo option. When logo is uploaded, site title is replaced with logo. Now I want to Custom Logo with back compat. In theme I checked version and displayed properly. But I am facing problem in Customizer. When custom logo is removed, it removes the div from the preview. But I want to show title when logo is removed.
