    Hi Bet,

    Not at all!

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for a Gravity Form to be embedded at checkout on its own.

The Gravity Form must be enabled on a per-product basis and then it will automatically appear in the checkout area.

That being said, you could just embed a Gravity Form on the checkout page, if you turned it into a WordPress page type, instead of an Exchange one, but you wouldn’t be able to enforce that users fill it out before checking out.

I would like to add that functionality in the future, so when I have some extra time, I’ll see if I can implement. Then I’ll shoot you over an email.

    How does that sound?

I know I can test this, but if I enable the same GF on every product (do-able, since the client only has ~25 products), then the GF will appear at checkout once for any products that are in the cart, right?

And that GF will be instead of the regular checkout form in Exchange, right?

Nope, the forms are per product. So this allows you to use the same form on multiple products, and each product would have a different instance of the form.

The Gravity Form does not replace the regular checkout form in Exchange.

It is added as a purchase requirement, so it works in the same way that shipping does.

When a user visits the checkout page, they will have to fill out your gravity form before they proceed to the next step in the checkout process.
