[How To] Identify 3.0.12 Changes

For Developers/Users wanting to know what has changed in latest release, I’d like to recommend a free tool I’ve been using for some time:
Code Compare

It shows graphically:
a) Details of what files have changed in each folder
b) Details of what code changes have been made to each file

When comparing folders, select Changes>Hide Identical Changes which will list all changed files. It shows files Added/Changed/Deleted with different colors. Double clicking on a file opens the new/old file and clearly identifies what changes have been made.

It does NOT have a Print facility for Compare Folders (yet), but I thought it better to recommend the tool than identify the changed files anyway.
