How to host blogs

Hi, i would like to host blogs (things i already do) but hosting AS wordpress do, that mean, i’ll create a default template (with my compagny logo…) and then allow users to create their own blog through my site. Exactly as wordpress do through their sign up link. The bloggers will have then https://www.mysite.com/userblog
