How to hide this helpscount info box for certain users.

    I have multiple users in helpscout and would like to hide the info box that contains payments and other details hide for one user in helpscout.

    Is there a way to do that?

    Hi Adnan,

    thanks for reaching out.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable specific apps for specific users in the Help Scout settings. This would be my preferred solution.

    It is possible to add some check for the Help Scout user requesting the data in WordPress. EDD Help Scout does currently not have a settings section and I don’t have the time to add it. But I am happy to give some guidance if you or a colleague want to contribute that feature through the github repo.
