How to hide the weight Unit within additional information

By default the weight unit is not shown on the product page when attributes are set to be “Visible on the product page.” Either the unit (kg) is in the attribute name, or there is some custom code in the theme you are using.

By default the weight unit should only display once:

On the Edit Product page in the Product Data box make sure that there is not a unit entered in the Weight input box:

There is a unit in input box as you said will remove that, but an additional unit by default it is being shown… I don’t know how to remove that…in the theme settings also there is no option for it..is there a css or something to change so that i cud hide that unit by default.
