How to hide the server’s IP address using the API?

    I sent an email using the test button on the plugin settings page on my website and then inspected the full email text on Gmail. It seems the email shows the server’s IP address in one field. How can I stop the the plugin or SendGrid sending that information in the emails. Thanks.
