We just noticed that admin login page which we have changed using WPhide is literally shown to those who are blocked from our website (please see the attached file).

How can we hide this link?

This is like a joke, because we do our best to hide the login page, and WF is literally showing the direct WP-ADMIN URL to thoses who are blocked!

    Hi @aioex,

At the present time, the block pages can’t be customized from within the plugin aside from adding explainer text in Wordfence > All Options > Brute Force Protection > Additional Options > Custom text shown on block pages. You may certainly let our team know at feedback @ wordfence . com if you wish to request a change to the plugin though.

We believe that hiding the WordPress admin URL is “security through obscurity”, merely slowing down an attacker slightly rather than stopping them altogether. We would suggest that a default admin URL where complex unique passwords, 2FA and reCAPTCHA are used in conjunction with a similar policy on your hosting control panel, database, etc. should be a solid solution.

    Many thanks,
    Peter.

To me it is nonsense. For you as a developer it would cost you just a checkbox to hide our admin URL.

For your information we had a huge attack on our admin page and after changing the URL using an another plugin, we managed to reduce it for 99%.

So basically what you said is wrong and I have not idea why you guys are against changing your block page.

We considered to get your paid version of your plugin but still this is the same none-sense with the paid version.

If you would like to advertise your plugin this is not the right way!
