    Hi
I’d like to use the whole screen just for Youzify, so how can I hide my site’s header and footer, please?
I’ve tried excluding each of the four pages related to BP/Youzify in Elementor > Header/Footer > Display Conditions but that doesn’t work.

Also, I don’t have an ‘Add Friend’ button.
‘Friend Connections’ is activated in BP.

    Hi @jasperdemann

    Thank you for reaching us.

Unfortunately, as the header and footer are managed by the theme you’re using, I cannot provide a direct solution within our plugin. The customization options you’re looking for may be specific to your theme’s settings.

Regarding the friend button, can you please share a screenshot? You can upload the screenshot on imgbb.com and share the uploaded URL here.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply.

I’ve been trying to log in to Youzify for the last few hours with no success so for now, I can’t send you a screenshot.
I haven’t changed anything since last night, and I can’t work out what the issue is! Everything looks as it should be.
Maybe you can point me in the right direction. This is how I have it set up:
Button in header links to a ‘Community’ page.
When button is clicked, a MemberSpace popup is activated for registration/login.
When completed, user is taken to Youzify ‘Login’, then when details are completed, to the ‘Global Activity’ page.

That’s what was happening last night, but now I get as far as logging in at the Youzify page, but I get taken to my homepage.
I thought maybe it was my security plugin doing this, so I deactivated but it didn’t make any difference.

Any tips you might have, I’d be happy to hear them!

I just noticed that my ‘Activity’ page was deleted sometime last night, probably during the UpdraftPlus plugin update, as I have issues with my cron and other things for the same reason.
I have recreated the page and made sure I can see it in BP.
I still can’t log in though!
Just to check, I should have four Youzify pages; Activity, Registration, Login and Password Reset, and I also have one page to connect to MemberSpace?

These are the settings I’m using.

A little progress….I deactivated MemberSpace and added a ‘Login’ link to the dropdown menu. Now I can log in, but get taken to an empty ‘Activity’ page.

Okay…I think I see the problem.
How many pages should I have connected to BP?
In BP > Settings > URLs, I have Members, Activity Streams, Register and Activate.
In WP > Pages, I have Activity, Registration, Login and Password Reset, and the Directory/Page slugs are different in the two places.
I’ve looked in a couple of forums and it seems I should have more entries in each!
It looks like everything went wrong during the night when UpdraftPlus updated.

I don’t know, as I’m not sure how many pages I should have connected to BP.
In BP > Settings > URLs, I have Members, Activity Streams, Register and Activate.
In WP > Pages, I have Activity, Registration, Login and Password Reset, and the Directory/Page slugs are different in the two places.
I think I should have more. Is that right?

    Hello @jasperdemann

Here are the list of pages you should have

Login and Password Reset, Registration Page, Global Activity Page, Members Directory, Profile Page, Groups Directory, Single Groups Page.

You can change and edit the slug of the Global Activity page, Members Directory, and Groups Page on BuddyPress Settings. Because those pages do not use WordPress pages.

For the Login, Password Reset, and Registration page use the WordPress page.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    I don’t need support now.
    I’m using different plugins.
